Reservations and Policies

Policies
- All jobs must be paid in full before services will be rendered. Gratuity is not included.
- Final payments must be received ten days prior to reservation.
- Payment or partial payment must be received within 30 days of the date the contract was sent.
- A reservation cancelled five or more days prior to service shall be charged $50.00; a reservation cancelled four days or less will owe the full amount.
- In case of last-minute reservations, the full amount of the contract is due upon arrival of the limousine. No refund will be given if the customer uses the vehicle less than the contracted hours. Overtime hours are figured at the regular hourly rate in thirty minute increments. Overtime can only occur if it does not interfere with a previously scheduled job.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge plus any applicable collection and/or attorney fees.
- A $100.00 charge will be applied for any excessive cleaning or repairs to vehicles due to customer negligence.
- Reasonable and prudent care will be taken to supply the client with the car reserved; however, due to mechanical breakdown, accident, fire, theft, etc., the possibility exists a substitute car would be necessary. In the case of circumstances out of our control, a substitute car under these conditions will bind this contract.
Restrictions
- We will not be held responsible for loss of any items left in vehicles.
- NO liquor allowed in vehicles for person under the age of 21.
- NO illegal substances or firearms allowed in the vehicles at any time.
- NO unsafe activity that jeopardizes the driver or passengers.
Persons who do not abide by these rules will be returned to the pick-up point with no refund.
