Is alcohol allowed? Should we bring it to you? Will you purchase it for us?
Alcohol is allowed in the limousines if you are of legal drinking age. We would be happy to disperse it in the limousine for you, but prefer for you to make the purchase and bring it to us if you want it in the vehicle prior to the first pick up. Many times our clients will have a cooler ready, and the driver will put any refreshments in the ice chests for you at the pickup time. Any extra can be placed in the trunk and as needed he/she can refill.
Is there a minimum amount of hours you must rent for?
There is a 2-hour minimum in Springfield and 3-hour minimum outside of Springfield.
Do you charge by mileage?
No.
What is the capacity of your vehicles?
The capacities of our vehicles range from 1 to 30 passengers.
What about colors?
We have black and white vehicles.
What do the drivers wear?
All of our chauffeurs are impeccably groomed at all times. They wear suits (usually black), white shirts, ties and black shoes. Hair and facial hair are to be kept short.
If I have an event that will be requiring several vehicles or an extended period of time, do you have custom pricing available?
